I chose Tom's Family Hotel because I wanted to visit Ha Long Bay, and the location was perfect. But I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk, as it was very convenient for late check-ins. Additionally, the restaurant served a satisfying meal with a variety of continental, Asian, and vegetarian options.

The rooms were decent and the location was solid. But what really made our stay exceptional was Tom and his family. They organized all our activities, like the boat tour and scooter rental, at unbeatable prices. Thanks, Tom! Can't wait to come back!

Only thing we'd ask for is better nightlife nearby. As young party-goers, we wished there were more fun places to hang out in the area.

had an amazing time at this hotel in ha long! rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. the host, Kim, went above and beyond, arranging an unforgettable boat trip and even throwing a birthday party. the atmosphere and service here were exceptional!

Wifi was a bit slow.

The couple who runs the hotel and their family members were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on where to go and helped us book transportation. One highlight was the "cáp treo Nữ Hoàng" at Sunworld, which they recommended and it turned out to be a fun and amazing experience. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets.

The limited breakfast options, but considering the price, it was still quite good. Another negative aspect was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Loved the continental breakfast and convenient amenities. The area's natural beauty was worth exploring. Oh, and the hotel's tour desk? Superb, just like their local cuisine!

Not a fan of the neighborhood's cleanliness.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and the AC worked really well, which was important in the hot weather. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, always offering tea or water when we were in the lobby.

We had a bad experience with scooter rental. The scooter we rented from the hotel had a broken gas handle, causing me to crash and injure myself.

The value we got for our money at Tom's Family Hotel was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff, including Tom himself, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed at Tom's Family Hotel in Ha Long for the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon and had a great experience. The room was clean, equipped with AC, and had good wifi. Totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms were hella spacious, clean and comfy. The staff, including Tom, were super chill and friendly. They helped us book a private car to Ha Long International Cruise Port, where we hopped on the dopest cruise ever! Halong Bay Marina was straight fire too. Can't wait to go back and turn up again!

If I had one complaint, it would be that the hotel could use more lit activities for young party animals like us. Apart from that, our vacay was straight up dope!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ha Long that was quite convenient in terms of its location. It was not too far from the city center and up to the harbour, making it easy for me to explore the area. The room I stayed in was clean, big, and had a nice view from the window. The bathroom was well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the hotel staff was commendable as they were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, providing a good start to the day. the hotel had some facilities that added to the overall comfort of the stay.

One downside of my experience was the noise from the nearby construction site, which started early in the morning and lasted until late in the evening. This disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to relax in the hotel.
